About us
Rubicon Commodities AG is a Switzerland-based grain trading company established to support the international expansion of an experienced Ukrainian grain trading and logistics platform.
The company combines Swiss corporate governance with hands-on operational execution developed in Ukraine across procurement, logistics and vessel chartering.
Who We Are
Rubicon operates across the full grain export value chain,
coordinating sourcing, logistics, and delivery under a
single operating model.
While Rubicon is a relatively new legal entity in
Switzerland, its operational foundation is built on years of
direct involvement in Ukrainian grain procurement, inland
logistics and international export execution. This structure
allows the business to scale internationally without losing
operational control or contractual discipline.
- Swiss legal entity
- Ukrainian operational platform

Experience
20+ years of experience per key manager
The company is managed by a team of professionals with more
than 20 years of experience each within their respective
functional areas.
Their combined expertise covers grain trading, rail and
truck logistics, port operations and vessel chartering. This
depth of experience allows Rubicon to operate as a
coordinated execution platform rather than a fragmented
trading structure.
Trade Corridors & Zones of Operation
Rubicon sources grain in Ukraine from three core origin regions
and delivers it through structured export corridors.
Shipments are routed via the Greater Odesa ports, the Danube
port cluster, and westbound rail corridors through Western
Ukraine to European Union markets. Maritime routes further
connect Ukraine with MENA and Far East destinations.
