Rubicon Commodities AG is fully committed to complying with all
applicable international economic and trade sanctions laws and
regulations.
This policy applies to all directors, officers, employees,
agents, and representatives of the company, regardless of
location.
Prohibited Activities
Rubicon strictly prohibits:
All directors, officers, employees, and representatives must act honestly, transparently, and in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
- Transactions with individuals or entities subject to sanctions (including lists issued by SECO, OFAC, the EU, the UN or other competent authorities)
- Dealings with comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions
- Trade in prohibited or restricted goods
- Any activity intended to circumvent sanctions regulations
Compliance Obligations
All representatives must:
- Conduct appropriate due diligence and sanctions screening
- Seek internal approval for transactions involving potential sanctions risks
- Report any suspected violations immediately
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action
and legal consequences.
Rubicon reserves the right to amend this policy as required by
changes in applicable law.
